Power Yoga on Main Now Has Two Studios! 

Studio A, in the front, is a room heated to approximately 90 degrees F.  In addition to the body heat you create with movement, the heated room aids in detoxifying your body.  It also enables you to get deeper into the postures, enhancing flexibility and preventing injury.

Studio B, located directly behind Studio A, is a normal room temperature studio offering different styles of yoga, such as Ashtanga (Astanga), Yin, Hatha, Beginners' Vinyasa (Back to Basics), Open Yoga, and Guided Meditation.

All classes are designed for beginners as well as advanced practitioners.  NO PREVIOUS YOGA EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!  All packages are good for classes in either studio.

All other classes are 60 minutes.

Tuesday 5:45am is Flow & Slow, part vigorous vinyasa, part chill relaxation, with extra time devoted to creative stretches to release your body and your mind.

Monday 1:00pm, Tuesday 7:30pm, Wednesday 1:00pm, and Sunday at 7:00pm are ABC yoga (Active Beginners Class) with an option to make it vigorous.  This class caters to beginners with emphasis on alignment.

6:00pm Mondays & Wednesdays - Yoga 2.

5:30pm Fridays - Athletic/Yin Yoga.
