Monday at 7pm is Begin at the Beginning -
a true beginners class, slower paced, nothing but the basics. It is also a great class to brush up on fundamentals and alignment.
Tuesday 5:45am is Flow & Slow, part vigorous vinyasa, part chill relaxation, with extra time devoted to creative stretches to release your body and your mind.
Wednesdays at 7pm is Yoga Sculpt, a fast-paced, music-filled hour of power vinyasa and cardio sequences, with the option to use weights, a challenging yet all-levels class targeting every muscle group to enhance stamina and increase strength and flexibility.
Monday 1:00pm, Wednesday 1:00pm, and Sunday at 7:00pm are ABC yoga (Active Beginners Class) with an option to make it vigorous. This class caters to beginners with emphasis on alignment.
