8:00am classes on
Saturdays and Sundays and 5:30am classes on Mondays are 75 minutes.
All other classes are 60 minutes.
Tuesday 5:45am is Flow & Slow, part vigorous vinyasa, part chill relaxation, with extra time devoted to creative stretches to release your body and your mind.
Tuesday 7:30pm is ABC yoga (Active Beginners Class) with an option to make it vigorous. This class caters to beginners with emphasis on alignment.
Wednesday 7:30pm is a restorative/deep stretching class.
Fridays 5:45 am and Sundays 8:00 am are Power Sculpt Classes, which give students the option to incorporate weights into the flow.
