Power Yoga on Main offers classes seven days a week, with weekday classes usually beginning as early as 5:45 am, and the final class several days each week from 7:00 - 8:00 pm.

All classes are designed for beginners as well as advanced practitioners. NO PREVIOUS YOGA EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! Yoga is not a competitive activity. All of us are on a journey to reach our personal best.
Many of our classes are shown as All Levels. A great class for beginner and experienced practitioners alike, this classic yet challenging vinyasa flow encourages each student to practice at their own level, with focus on both fundamental alignment and fuller expressions.
ABC Yoga (Active Beginners Class) is geared toward less experienced practitioners but also open to more advanced students. Strong emphasis is placed on development of the foundational principles of a vinyasa class, such as alignment and synchronizing breath with movement.
Yoga Sculpt is a fast-paced, music-filled Hour of Power Vinyasa and cardio sequences, with the option to use weights! (you can always drop them.) This is a challenging yet all-levels class targeting every muscle group to enhance stamina and increase strength and flexibility.
Hour of Power is our most challenging offering. This class places a priority on allowing each student to push their body to find their own edge. With special attention devoted to deeper expressions and more complicated variations of poses, including arm balances and inversions, this class will challenge even the most advanced students but can also be adapted for newer practitioners.
