All Levels - A great class for beginner and experienced practitioners alike, this classic yet challenging vinyasa flow encourages each student to practice at their own level, with focus on both fundamental alignment and fuller expressions.
Yin Yoga - is slower paced style with seated, focused stretching held for longer than we would in a traditional vinyasa flow class. Yin focusses on connective tissue whereas the power aspect focuses more on muscles. Stretches will be held anywhere from one minute, upwards to four to five minutes. This class is 45 minutes long. Blocks and Straps are STRONGLY encouraged to aid in the stretching:-)
