8:00am classes on Saturdays and Sundays and 4:30pm classes on Fridays and Sundays are 75 minutes.
All other classes are 60 minutes.
Tuesday 5:45am is Flow & Slow, part vigorous vinyasa, part chill relaxation, with extra time devoted to creative stretches to release your body and your mind.
Monday 1:00pm, Wednesday 1:00pm, and Sunday at 7:00pm are ABC yoga (Active Beginners Class) with an option to make it vigorous. This class caters to beginners with emphasis on alignment.
